Summer Camp Amidst A Pandemic A Plan for 2020...

In the wake of COVID 19, WinShape Camps had to find a way to translate camp from in-person to an on-line experience. Holding on to the hope of being together as long as possible they were left with around 6 weeks to launch an entirely new experience from the ground up with the goal of providing a camp experience at home for their campers. With a very short runway they were looking for more than just a production partner. They needed a team that could build the experience in real time right along with them. Stacked Hearts was that team.

WinShape Camps employed Stacked Hearts to run with all things production. Designing sets, building custom game show games, Designing avl production for everything from life bands to athletes body cams. Stacked Hearts ramped up over the course of 6 weeks, building out a full studio, 2 Post Production Suites and outfitting a mobile crew for remote shoots. Campers ranging from grade school through high school received a box with supplies for their week of camp. Then tune in daily through a custom portal to worship, play games, laugh, learn and enjoy a summer amidst COVID19. This program later won Stacked Hearts 3 Telly Awards.

quote

“Peter and his team are never content with just Band-Aids. They always seek to create long-term, sustainable solutions and are committed to keeping their clients updated. They have a knack for anticipating roadblocks in early stages of the planning process and are great at dismantling those roadblocks before they become real problems.”
